Yee urges vigilance about Russia's goals

BELGRADE - The US wants to build a partnership with Serbia, says US Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Hoyt Brian Yee, noting that Belgrade should be vigilant about Russia's goals in the Western Balkans.

He said the US policy of supporting Serbia was not going to change and that he had come to Belgrade with the message that the US continued to value very much the partnership and the relationship between the two countries, and that it wanted to work with Belgrade on helping advance the common goals they had in the Western Balkans.
