Serbia joins EU's HELBROC battlegroup

Serbia on Wednesday became a part of European Union's HELBROC (Balkan) battlegroup, which consists of Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece and Ukraine.

The note on Serbia joining the technical agreement on founding HELBROC was signed in Athens by the chief of general staff of the Greek national defense, Evangelos Apostolakis, during the visit by Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin, the Defense Ministry has stated.
