Naser Oric Acquitted

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has acquitted war commander Naser Oric, whom Serbia is seeking for war crimes against prisoners of Serb ethnicity in the Bratunac and Srebrenica areas. The BiH Prosecutor's Office filed charges against Naser Oric and Sabahudin Muhic on August 27 2015. According to the indictment, Oric, the then commander, and Muhic, member of the BiH Army, in 1992, in Zalazje, Lolici and Kunjerac, killed three prisoners of Serbian nationality (Milutin Milosevic, Mitar Savic and Slobodan Ilic), reported media in BiH.

Naser Oric was arrested on June 10 2015 at the border of France and Switzerland at the request of Serbia, which issued a warrant for him in 2014.
