Former Serbian president receives decoration from Putin

Former President Tomislav Nikolic says he spent "almost three hours sitting with Russian President Vladimir Putin" during a ceremony in Moscow over the weekend.

Nikolic also said they "opened a lot of topics" during the event, where he received the Russian Order of Friendship for his great personal contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership and friendly ties between Russia and Serbia.
