Former Istanbul governor, former Turkish police chief face up to 15 years in jail

A public prosecutor on Feb. 8 demanded up to 15 years in jail for former Istanbul Governor Hüseyin Avni Mutlu and former Turkish Police Chief Hüseyin Çapkın on charges of having links to the Fethullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ).
