Klacar: Low turnout no surprise

BELGRADE - CeSID Executive Director Bojan Klacar said Sunday he was not surprised by the low morning turnout in the Belgrade local elections.

He said prior research had indicated the turnout would not be on par with that in last year's presidential elections.
