Turkey urges strong punishment for perpetrators of chemical attack on Douma

The perpetrators of a chemical weapons attack carried out on the Syrian suburb of Douma on April 7 should be punished to prevent such an attack happening again, Turkish Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hami Aksoy has urged.
