Serbia’s Acquittal of Sima’s Chetniks Paramilitaries ‘Ignorant’

The Humanitarian Law Centre NGO said an appeals court decision to acquit members of the Sima’s Chetniks paramilitary group of killing 27 Roma civilians in 1992 will hinder successful prosecutions in future.
