"We are removing waste containers from the streets in zones 2 and 4, where repairs are underway. Trash goes underground. " This was announced by Yordanka Fandakova, the mayor of Sofia, who checked the repair of the street "Salonska" in Sofia.

"All the containers on Solunska Street are moved underground. This is a lasting policy of the municipality, but it is much more expensive than the containers we have on sidewalks and streets. That is why we take advantage of integrated projects and, together with them, we strive to apply this form, which is also greener and makes the city more attractive, "said the mayor.

Fandakova also explained that at the corners of "Solunska" and "Hristo Belchev" are the first in the town with exported angles that make the pavement wider and do not allow the cars to park on them. The pavement of one of the most significant streets in the city, such as the Salonika, is now pavement, the sidewalks are decorated with granite slabs, and the streets of the buildings are moved in and with some more elegant pavements on the sidewalk.
