The Ministry of Economy and BSMEPA will Support Start-ups

We support the idea of ​​institutional support to start-ups for the development of their innovative and export potential and we are ready to cooperate for a more active partnership with the Ministry of Economy and in particular with the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BSMEPA). This was stated by the Minister of Economy Emil Karanikolov after signing a cooperation agreement between BSMEPA and the National Representation of the Bulgarian Entrepreneurial Community (BESCO). At the official ceremony in the Ministry of Economy, the document was signed by Dr. Boyko Takov, Executive Director of the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Dobromir Ivanov, Executive Director of the National Representation of the Bulgarian Entrepreneurial Community (BESCO).

"Several are the strategic tasks of the future partnership and, as the main one, I would like to point out the cooperation of the state in the field of BSMEPA to improve the business environment in Bulgaria and to build more efficient state policies in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. Bulgaria has the potential to become the European Start-up Incubator and we need to do that. To this end, however, we need to unite our efforts to create the conditions in which our country builds its economy on R & D, entrepreneurship and innovation, "said Dr. Boyko Takov.
