Vucic: Serbia for dialogue, respect of agreements, Kosovo Serbs in difficult position
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with the EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues Miroslav Lajcak in Belgrade on Tuesday.
Vucic noted that Serbia was always ready for dialogue and respect of everything that had been signed and agreed, and reiterated Serbia was advocating de-escalation, peace and stability, which he said were necessary to ensure a survival of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija, the presidential press office said in a statement.
Vucic again informed Lajcak in detail of the gravity of the situation facing Serbs living north as well as south of the Ibar River and said he hoped further dialogue process would produce results.
