The management of universities

The system of management in universities was designed with good intentions, aiming to end the introversion of the institutions. However, since it was tested in practice, it has been marked by serious malfunctions - with the University of Western Attica being the latest example. 

Solutions must be sought, in cooperation with the university community, so that universities do not get stuck in administrative hurdles.
