Mykonos: Four people handcuffed for drug trafficking

Handcuffs on four people for possession and trafficking of drugs on the island of Mykonos were handcuffed by police officers last Sunday (8/9).

In particular, in the context of a thorough investigation of evidence related to a drug trafficking case, targeted controls and investigations were carried out in two shops of health interest and two residences where the perpetrators were found in possession of and seized a total of:

– 26 pharmaceutical-drug tablets

– 7.5 ml of liquid pharmaceutical-drug solution

– 6 grams of cocaine

– 2 grams of cannabis

– 3 mobile phones

As it was discerned, the 33-year-old offender was making drug purchases inside nightclubs.

The 33-year-old will be brought to the Syros Prosecutor’s Office.

The solving of the case is part of the special operational actions of the police services of the South Aegean to combat the spreading-trafficking of drugs.
