Spending on Elliniko infrastructure brings losses to Lamda

Lamda Development collected revenues of 776 million euros until the end of August from the Elliniko project, with the management estimating that this amount will reach €900 million by year-end, given that the project's land and home sales will continue.

On the other hand, as the investment program intensifies and liabilities increase, pressure is also exerted on profitability.

Therefore, in the first half of this year, €104 million was spent on buildings and infrastructure projects (€419 million since the start of the Elliniko project), resulting in a loss of €19 million, compared to a profit of €18.4 million in the same period last year.
