Glyfada: Bomb alert ends on Vouliagmeni Avenue

The emergency situation for the Greek Police was resolved shortly after 2 PM on Wednesday (October 30) after a mobilization occurred following a bomb threat in the Glyfada area on Vouliagmeni Avenue.

Specifically, the police mobilization began after a man called 112, claiming to be from the 17 November group and stating that a bomb would explode in Glyfada.

The call specifically mentioned a bomb in stores located at Vouliagmeni Avenue 98, 96, and 100, in the vicinity of Glyfada.

Members of the TEEM (Special Explosive Disposal Unit) are on-site.
