Glyfada: Bomb alert ends on Vouliagmeni Avenue
The emergency situation for the Greek Police was resolved shortly after 2 PM on Wednesday (October 30) after a mobilization occurred following a bomb threat in the Glyfada area on Vouliagmeni Avenue.
Specifically, the police mobilization began after a man called 112, claiming to be from the 17 November group and stating that a bomb would explode in Glyfada.

Violent clash in Glyfada leaves five injured
A violent fight involving nine young individuals broke out on Monday afternoon in Glyfada for reasons that remain unknown.
The clash left a 24-year-old stabbed in the abdomen who has now been transported to Laiko Hospital. The incident took place at the intersection of Genimmatas and Gounari streets.

Driver remanded over deadly Athens crash
A 39-year-old man has been remanded into pretrial custody following his testimony in connection with a fatal car accident in southern Athens last week.
The accident resulted in the death of another motorist, a man aged 52, who was on Poseidonos Avenue at the time of the incident.

Born in 1926 in Glyfada, an Athenian suburb in the city's southern coast, she started her professional career working at her father's law office.
