Armed robbers hit Aegio post office
Two armed robbers made off with an unspecified amount of cash after holding up a post office in the northern Peloponnesian town of Aegio on Tuesday, the Athens-Macedonia News Agency reported.
The two men allegedly had their faces covered when they strode in the post office and threatened staff at gunpoint to turn over the contents of their tills.

Corinth-Patra highway traffic to be diverted
West-bound traffic on the Corinth-Patra national highway in the Peloponnese will be diverted from 9 p.m. on Monday until Tuesday morning as maintenance work is carried out.
The stretch affected will be from Kalavryta to the seaside town of Aegio, with Patra-bound traffic being directed onto the old national road.
