Türkiye’s homegrown missiles ensure national security

Türkiye's domestically produced missiles developed by Ankara-based defense company Roketsan ensure the country's national security with many prominent air and naval systems.

Roketsan's Tayfun short-range ballistic missile uses its hypersonic speed to reach a range of over 280 kilometers (174 miles), operating in all weather conditions, day or night.

Denmark to return ancient statue head to Türkiye

Denmark's Glyptotek art museum announced on Nov. 26 that it will return the bronze head of Roman Emperor Septimius Severus to Türkiye, after showcasing it for over 50 years.

The statue, which originates from the ancient city of Boubon in Burdur, was illegally excavated in the 1960s and subsequently sold to Denmark's Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek in 1970.

Türkiye’s Defense Minister Yaşar Güler, issued threats and warnings against Greece during his speech in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. He described U.S. military installations in Alexandroupoli as a threat to Türkiye’s security. Using the Kasos incident as an example, he argued that Türkiye has established its position that “no project can proceed without its approval.”
