Three years after the atrocities and the suburbs of Kiev, Bucha and Irpin, still resemble war and death.

The two suburbs to the northwest of the Ukrainian metropolis were under Russian occupation for nearly two months.

According to the Voice of America, for almost 30 years, the army of Moldova was underfunded. Also, Moldova is one of the poorest countries in Europe. They declared themselves a militarily neutral state after gaining independence in 1991. However, the number of its soldiers constantly decreased and fell to around 6,000 soldiers.

The Chairwoman of the Bulgarian Council for Electronic Media (CEM) Sonia Momchilova claims that the news about the massacres of Ukrainians in the city of Bucha near Kyiv is propaganda.

"Bulgaria will arrest Russian President Vladimir Putin if for some reason he ends up in our country", announced Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev in an interview with the Faktor.bg.

Referring to her sources, Fiona Hill, former official at the U.S. National Security Council specializing in Russian and European affairs, added that a peace agreement could have been reached as early as April.

That would have happened in line with NATO's current plans to defend the country from any Russian attack, the Estonian prime minister said.
Kaja Kallas told reporters on Wednesday that the alliance's existing defense plans for the three Baltic states is such that it will allow them to be overrun before they are released after 180 days, the Financial Times reports.
