EasyJet has secured an air operator's certificate in Austria that will enable it to keep flying across the EU after Brexit, the low-cost carrier said on July 20, and lifted earnings guidance.

According to Eurostat data, “Elefterios Venizelos” International Airport in Athens has recorded the highest passenger transit increase in Europe for 2015. The figures show that 19.1% more travellers passed through “Eleftherios Venizelos” last year, compared to 2014, with Luton and Dublin terminals coming in second and third with a +17% and +14.1% rise, respectively.
