Ibiza: Scottish Student Falls from Hotel Balcony
Emma Ramsey, a 19-year-old law student from Strathclyde University, died early on the morning of August 20 after falling from the sixth-floor balcony of her hotel in San Antonio, a resort town in northwest Ibiza. Local police are treating her death as an accident, though investigations into the exact cause are ongoing, according to the Guardian.

Actor Julian Sands' cause of death ruled 'undetermined'
The cause of death for British actor Julian Sands, who went missing while hiking on a mountain in California in January, has officially been ruled as "undetermined," local authorities said on July 24.
Sands, who shot to fame as the romantic hero in the 1980s period drama "A Room with a View," vanished on the 3,000-meter Mount San Antonio, known locally as Mount Baldy.

Mountain rescuers search for actor Julian Sands
Rescuers battling difficult winter weather were searching on Jan. 20 for British actor Julian Sands, who went missing while hiking on a California mountain.
Sands, who shot to fame as Helena Bonham Carter's love interest in 1985's "Room with a View," disappeared almost a week ago on the 10,000-foot (3,000-meter) Mount San Antonio, just outside of Los Angeles.

Warriors rout Spurs in front of record NBA crowd
The Golden State Warriors were the stars of the party in San Antonio on Jan. 13, cruising to a 144-113 victory over the Spurs before an NBA record crowd of 68,323 at the Alamodome.

Luka Doncic scored 51 points to lead the Dallas Mavericks to their sixth victory in a row while the Brooklyn Nets stretched their NBA win streak to 11 on Dec. 31.
