TIRANA - Italy is seen by Western Balkan countries as a credible and useful partner that has no hidden agenda, Michele Giacomelli, Special Envoy of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Berlin Process, has said ahead of July's Trieste Summit of Western Balkan states.
