Olympiakos beat PAOK on Sunday and has climbed to the top of the Super League table alongside Aris, that lost at Panetolikos, and AEK that beat Asteras Tripolis at home.

Therefore the losses of both Thessaloniki teams mean that AEK and Olympiakos have joined Aris at the top and PAOK has dropped to fourth, while Panathinaikos won again and is now within two points from the leaders.

Unlike the previous weekend, when none of the top teams managed to win, this round of games produced no upsets for the Super League table toppers, though their victories were not easy at all.
