Commercial Bank Victoria EAD is opening on Friday, December 12, following nearly half a year of conservatorship.
All sums, and not only those of up to BGN 196 000 (as the case was with Corporate Commercial Bank) will be available for withdrawal.

Bulgaria IntMin to Beef Up Security at Banks Repaying KTB Deposits
Interior Minister Veselin Vuchkov has announced he had approved measures to step up security at bank offices where deposit holders will have access to their savings at Corporate Commercial Bank (Corpbank or KTB).
Thursday, December 4 is the first day of reimbursement, with deposit holders allowed to manage their assets over the next five years.

Banks to Repay KTB Deposits Unveiled
Bulgaria's Bank Deposit Insurance Fund has announced the names of the nine banks to be in charge of reimbursing deposits at Corporate Commercial Bank (Corpbank or KTB) from December 4.
After KTB has been under conservatorship since June 20, depositors are still waiting for access to their savings.

BSP MP: Central Bank, DPS and GERB Wanted a “Bank Holiday”
Last Saturday the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), GERB and the Central Bank wanted to temporarily suspend the operations of all banks in Bulgaria, said Rumen Gechev.
SOFIX Index Lost 5.5% on Thursday
The index of the Bulgarian stock exchange SOFIX lost 5.5% on Thursday, compared to Wednesday, reports Mediapool.bg.
A drop was posted by the Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) – 6.35% and the First Investment Bank – 7.95%. The shares of Chimimport dropped significantly – 10.79%, Petrol – 12.28% and Eurohold – 7.03%. Bulgartabak Holding's shares dropped by 18.17%.
