Court rules for continuation of arrest of Doğan Group's Barbaros Muratoğlu
An Istanbul court has ruled for the continuation of the arrest of Doğan Group Ankara Administrative Representative Barbaros Muratoğlu, who was arrested on Dec. 15, 2016 on charges of "helping an armed terrorist organization."
The Istanbul 13th Heavy Penal Court issued the ruling after prosecutor İlkay Özcan requested for a file regarding other suspects to be investigated.

Doğan Holding executives released with a travel ban
Doğan Holding Chief Legal Advisor Erem Turgut Yücel and the holding's former executive Yahya Üzdiyen, who were detained as a part of an investigation into the Fethullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), were released on Jan. 13 with a ban on travelling abroad.
Criminal complaint filed against Sabah over slander
The Doğan Group has filed a criminal complaint against daily Sabah after the newspaper targeted the group with fictitious "news" that "FETÖ and other terrorist organizations will drag the country into chaos in the direction of their plans."
A request has also been filed to block access to links to the story regarding the Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ).
