ManpowerGroup’s quarterly data shows that Greek employers are somewhat optimistic over hiring prospects in the third quarter of 2015. The report said that job seekers will continue to benefit from a stable hiring trend in the July-September quarter.

Besides cash, the Greek economy is also running low on human resources as senior executives from the private sector are now seeking employment abroad. The trend has grown all out of proportion, hurting the very human capital that is vital for the country to emerge from the economic crisis.

Some 44% of Bulgarian employers admit they struggle finding qualified engineers, managers and skilled workers, according to the annual survey of Manpower Group.

The top 5 professions employers are having difficulty finding candidates for include engineers, skilled workers, managers, IT specialists and accounting and financial personnel.
