The two-year extension of the project for the Turkish company "Garanti-Koza" in the metropolitan quarter of Mladost was extended. This allows the deadline for the certificate of priority project given to the company in 2015 to be extended.

Residents of six metropolitan districts will protest tonight against the inactivity of the municipality and the dangerously polluted air we breathe in Sofia every day.

"Together against the bad air!" is an initiative of citizens from Krasna Polyana.

Four large neighborhoods in the Bulgarian capital Sofia have been left affected by technical issues at Toplofikatsiya, the local heating utility.

The neighborhoods include Mladost (1-4), Studentski grad, Darvenitsa and Slatina.

Toplofikatsiya says will be working to restore supply.
