Turkey destroys dozens of mines in northern Syria
Turkish security forces have destroyed 38 claymore mines, three anti-tank mines, and five kilograms of explosive material in northern Syria within the area of its recent anti-terror operation in the region, the Defense Ministry said on March 27.

The soldiers were killed in a car bomb attack during a road control in the Operation Peace Spring zone, said the statement by Turkey's Defense Ministry.
The ministry extended condolences to the grieving families.

Turkey launches Operation Kapan-3 in country’s SE
Turkey launched Operation Kapan-3 to eliminate terrorists in the country's southeast, the Interior Ministry announced on Jan. 13.
The gendarmerie command launched the counter-terrorism operation in the rural area of Hakkari province, the ministry said in a statement.
A total of 825 security personnel, including gendarmerie and police forces, are taking part in the operation.

Turkey launches Operation Kapan-2 in country's south
Turkey launched Operation Kapan-2 to eliminate terrorists in the country's south, the Interior Ministry announced on Jan. 12.
The gendarmerie command launched the counter-terrorism operation in the rural area of Hatay province, the ministry said in a statement.
A total of 623 security personnel, including gendarmerie and police forces, are taking part in the operation.
