BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday he had had a sincere and difficult meeting with Germany's Western Balkans envoy Manuel Sarrazin, whom he told Serbia would oppose humiliations prepared for it in the Council of Europe (CoE) and the UN.

EU to consider proposal to curb "Russian propaganda in Serbia"
