"Delicate moment" for OSCE chairmanship
SALZBURG -- Foreign Minister and First Deputy PM Ivica Dačić says Serbia will be taking over the chairmanship of the OSCE in a delicate and complicated moment for Europe.
He stressed that the participation of the OSCE in resolving the Ukrainian crisis was "further confirmation of the relevance and organization."

Vucic to attend Berlin conference on Western Balkans
BERLIN - A conference focused on the Western Balkans will be held in Berlin on Thursday under German Chancellor Angela Merkel's patronage and it will include prime ministers, foreign ministers and ministers of economy from the region, with Serbia's Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic among them.

VIENNA - Austria's Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurtz has said that Vienna sees this year's conference on the Western Balkans, held in Berlin, as the cornerstone of the EU's enlargement in the region.
The European peace project and the EU itself will not be complete without the Western Balkans, he stated.
