Three killed as rocket projectile fired from Syria hits Turkey's Kilis

Three people were killed and six others were wounded when rocket projectiles fired from Syria hit in the southeastern province of Kilis on April 22, as the border province continues to be the target of attacks originating from Syria.

Meanwhile, one of the people wounded by another rocket fired from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL)-controlled Bab region in northern Syria on April 11 succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

Abbas Çelik, 74, succumbed to his injuries at Kilis State Hospital 11 days after the incident, which had initially wounded 12. 

On April 12, two people were killed and six were wounded in another rocket landing.

Recently, five Syrians, including four children, were killed and five others were wounded when five rocket projectiles fired from Syria hit the border province on April 18.
