Dodik: There will be more - electronic - referendums

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik announced in Banjaluka Thursday there would be more referendums in the Bosnian Serb republic, noting that they would be conducted electronically to facilitate the process.

All those having a registered residence in Republika Srpska for six months will be eligible to vote in the referendums, he said.

Dodik reiterated he would obey a summons for questioning by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina over last Sunday's Republika Srpska Day referendum, adding that he was prepared to give a statement via a video link or from a location in Republika Srpska.

He repeated he would not go to Sarajevo following a statement by Bakir Izetbegovic - the Bosniak member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency - who had said earlier Dodik would end up like Muammar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein or Slobodan Milosevic....
