Milivojevic stretches Olympiakos's lead at the top
A breathtaking clash in Piraeus on Sunday night saw Olympiakos beat PAOK 2-1 for the Super League, while AEK and Panionios shared a much less exciting goalless draw on Saturday.
Luka Milivojevic gave the Reds a late winner as he headed the ball home five minutes from the end, completing the hosts' comeback. PAOK had led through an early Fernando Varela goal and Olympiakos equalized by an own goal through the same PAOK player, although the cross that led to the own goal came from Brown Ideye who was in an offside position, as TV replays showed.
The match at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium was interrupted for long periods of time due to smoke from the home fans' flares.
The Reds have opened a four-point gap at the top, before Panathinaikos visits Veria on Monday.
On Saturday second-placed AEK and Panionios played out a scoreless game at the Olympic Stadium...
