Turkey, Qatar signs deal for education of Syrian refugees

Turkey and Qatar have signed a goodwill agreement for the education of Syrian refugees at a ceremony attended by Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, the mother of Qatar’s emir and the operator of a foundation supporting educational activities.
