Paris terror suspect entered Turkey early this month: Report

Paris police released photos of 26-year-old Hayat Boumeddiene and 32-year-old Amedy Coulibaly. According to police sources, Boumeddiene, the suspect of a policewoman's killing in Paris, was also linked to one of the Charlie Hebdo assailants.

The lone remaining suspect wanted in connection with a spree of terrorism in France -- Hayat Boumeddiene -- entered Turkey on January 2, a Turkish prime ministry source told CNN on Jan. 10.

Turkish police have a track of her movements, according to the source. If accurate, it could mean Boumeddiene was not in France at the time of Thursday's deadly shooting of a policewoman in Paris as originally believed by authorities.

French daily Le Monde, on the other hand, reported that Boumedienne went to Istanbul from Madrid on Jan. 2, before going to Syria on Jan. 8. She did not use the return ticket on Jan. 9, according to the report.
