First big fair of cultural events at Kalemegdan in May

BELGRADE - The first big fair of events, tastings and destinations entitled 'The Belgrade Manifest' will take place at the Belgrade Fortress from May 22 to 24.

Famous events and festivals and important cultural and tourist attraction of Serbia and the region will present their programmes at the open plateaus of the Upper and Lower Town of the Belgrade Fortress and the Kalemegdan Park during the three-day fair.

During the fair, the visitors will have a chance to learn more about the sites and events that contribute to Serbia's title of an interesting tourist destination.

The Belgrade Manifest will include tasting events featuring recognisable specialties from different regions of the country, and the fair guests will also be able to attend a number of musical, theatrical, film and entertainment programmes.

World attractions like the Balloon Festival and Fireworks Festival will also have their premiere in the Belgrade sky in the course of the fair.

The fair is the outcome of cooperation between the Belgrade Manifest organisation and the Belgrade Fortress public enterprise.
