€50 million logistics centre launched in Sežana

The Austrian logistics real estate developer Go Asset completed its largest facility in the Adriatic region, a logistics centre in Sežana in western Slovenia, and handed it over to the German retailer Tedi. Worth €50 million, the facility spans 62,000 m2 and is expected to become operational in early 2024.

The building stands on land near the former Fernetiči border crossing with Italy, which Go Asset purchased from the bad bank. Another two large buildings will be built there on a total of some 33 hectares of land, the users of which are not yet known.
