The country's green energy portfolio includes 15 gigawatts of wind and solar projects in operation and 15 GW of renewable projects that have reserved space on the grid, in addition to 2 GW of offshore wind farms that have also reserved electricity space.

Queueing up for connection are projects with a total capacity of about 45 GW, with the investment interest in new projects remaining undiminished, while ADMIE's plan for the grid foresees the availability of 28 GW in 2030.
