The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on July 2 issued detention warrants for 68 suspects linked to the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETÖ).

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on June 29 issued detention warrants for 48 people over their suspected links to the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), by the U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen. 

The Interior Ministry and the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have separately launched investigations over a tweet shared on the social media account of the Atatürkist Thought Association that allegedly praised the May 27, 1960 coup d'etat.

Followers of U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen sabotaged the health of pilots in the army by giving them unnecessary heart pills, according to a prosecutor's indictment regarding Gülenist activities at the Gülhane Military Hospital (GATA).

An investigation has been launched into Turkish political scientist Baskın Oran on charges of "making terror propaganda" in an article titled "Tragicomic experiments on Kurds," daily Cumhuriyet reported on Aug. 25. The lawsuit was reportedly opened upon a complaint from Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu.
