"We love France as it loved us" covered with black cloth
The Association of the Families of the Kidnapped and Murdered in Kosovo has covered the inscription on the Monument of Gratitude to France with a black cloth.
The inscription reads, "We love France as it loved us, 1914-1918."

Kosovo Serbs Back Appeal for Church Fund
Dragisa Murganic, secretary of the Red Cross in Kosovo, told BIRN that they backed an appeal for Serbs in Kosovo to donate part of their income to the Serbian Orthodox Church's Diocese of Raska and Prizren.
"It is a good proposal. Everything that's in the interest of the people of Kosovo is welcome. We need to express a lot more solidarity in these difficult times," Murganic said.

BELGRADE -- The Association of the Families of Kidnapped and Murdered Serbs has marked the 17th anniversary of the outbreak of large-scale anti-Serb violence in Kosovo.
On this occasion, Deputy War Crimes Prosecutor Bruno Vekaric said that "the primary goal is for the kidnapped to be found, and the perpetrators punished."
