Vocal Colors | Athens | October 30 – April 23

Renowned singer and vocal coach Maria Papageorgiou will launch a monthly seminar on Wednesday at the B&E Goulandris Foundation (13 Eratosthenous), offering a holistic approach to diaphragmatic breathing, orthophony and vocal resonance. The seminar integrates vocal exercises and art observation to promote self-harmony and mental balance.

Engraving in Ceramic Art | Athens | June 22 & 29

The B&E Goulandris Foundation (13 Eratosthenous, goulandris.gr), partnering with ceramist Elpida Kourtzi, hosts the "Engraving in Ceramic Art: Mugs & Dishes" workshop for adults and teens. Participants will create ceramic utility products inspired by the foundation's collection. The workshop comprises two three-hour sessions.

Japanese Crafts | Athens | June 15 – July 5

The B&E Goulandris Foundation (13 Eratosthenous, Pangrati, goulandris.gr) is hosting a four-session workshop on Japanese Miniature Crafts with netsuke sculptor and conservator of Asian art antiquities, Maria K. Ghisi. Participants will explore the traditional Japanese craft's influence on European artists and learn netsuke carving techniques. Sessions are on Fridays from June 14 to July 5.

Christmas Movies | Athens | December 23-31

The B&E Goulandris Foundation has planned a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Christmas holiday with classic family movie screenings at its amphitheater. From "Home Alone," "The Lion King" and, of course, "Marry Poppins," the museum invites families to get into the festive spirit with their little ones. Check out the full program at goulandris.gr. Jazz at the Museum | Athens | December 8

The B&E Goulandris Foundation (goulandris.gr) will end its "Visual Journeys" series of jazz concerts on December 8 with a performance by the Filippou & Lucaciu Duet featuring Natalia Manta. Vibraphone player Evi Filippou and bassist Robert Lucaciu explore a variety of 21st century compositions, skillfully balancing between jazz, free improvisation and traditional tunes.

Jazz at the Museum | Athens | February 14

In the context of the "Jazz at the Museum" series of monthly music events, the B&E Goulandris Foundation will be hosting the Pantelis Benetatos Trio on Valentine's Day in a tribute concert celebrating love and featuring the music of notable composers George Gershwin and Cole Porter. Jazz pianist Benetatos has collaborated with jazz personalities including Bobby Watson and Chuck Berry.

Blue Portraits | Athens | January 31

Singer Kyveli Kastoriadis travels from Paris to Athens to perform with guitarist Orestis Kalampalikis, who has arranged a program of works inspired by portraits from the B&E Goulandris Foundation's collection. The set includes works by Serge Gainsbourg, Astor Piazzolla, Manos Hadjidakis and Barbara and focuses on music as a reflection of human psychology.
