The men's volleyball Serbia's national team won the European Championship after beating Slovenia 3-1, thus becoming European Volleyball Champion for the third time.
Players selected by national coach Slobodan Kovac played wonderfully and triumphed on every match on the Championship, keeping their best performance for the finals.

Thaci hires lobbyist in bid to get meeting with Trump

The lobbyist in question is Brian Ballard, the article said.

Ballard "briefly talked with Trump about relations with Kosovo" and "mentioned a request Kosovo's ambassador had made" for Trump to meet with Hashim Thaci, the report said, citing a US Justice Department filing.

A press release on Thursday said that heat waves - i.e., consecutive (35 to 55) very warm days, when daily temperatures rise above 30 degrees Celsius - are also expected.

During the summer, Serbia's low-lying areas will also have 15 to 20 "tropical" nights - when temperatures will stay above 20 degrees, while there are 29 such nights forecast for Belgrade.

Possibility of expelling Russians not on Serbia's agenda

Sputnik is reporting on Friday that Slavenko Terzic on this occasion reiterated Belgrade's position to not consider expelling Russian diplomats, bearing in mind the two countries' friendly relations.

"Serbia has a clear position on the issue of expelling Russian diplomats from Serbia - that issue is not being considered," Terzic said.
