Final Distribution of Seats in Bulgaria’s 51st National Assembly

Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC) released the final results of the October 27 vote, confirming the composition of the 51st National Assembly. Eight political groups will be represented, while "Greatness" (Velichie) narrowly missed the cutoff for parliamentary entry.

New and Returning Political Forces Set to Contest Bulgarian Elections (List of All Parties)

Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC) has authorized 24 parties and 9 coalitions to participate in the upcoming early parliamentary elections on October 27. This marks a slight increase from the previous elections held on June 9, where 20 parties and 11 coalitions were registered.

Voting Machines Cannot be Manipulated: Central Election Commission in Bulgaria

All 421 voting machines have already been delivered abroad. The machines that will be used in Bulgaria will be delivered to the polling stations on Saturday, the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission  Kamelia Neykova said for the Bulgarian National Television.

Bulgarian CEC Removed Immunity of MP Candidate Allegedly Involved in Vote-buying

Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC) on July 7 decided to remove the immunity of the candidate MP, Tsvetelin Georgiev, from "Stand Up! Thugs Out!". The decision is published on the CEC's website.

Earlier today, Chief Prosecutor, Ivan Geshev, asked the immunity of the candidate MP to be canceled because of alleged involvement in vote-buying in a village in Bourgas district.

Bulgarians Abroad Will Cast Ballots at 465 Polling Stations on April 4

There will be 465 polling stations abroad for the April 4 general elections, the spokesperson of Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC), Tanya Tsaneva, said at a briefing on March 25. Last week, the commission appointed the members of the sectional election commissions outside the country.
