Bulgarian MP Delyan Peevski has raised serious concerns regarding the apparent circumvention of international sanctions against Russia by individuals closely linked to Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling for urgent investigations by the country's law enforcement agencies.

Hackers from the Russian group NoName057(16) announced that they blocked access to the website of the Bulgarian Parliament, as well as to the port of Varna. In March of this year, the same group paralyzed the website of the French Senate, several institutes and the naval company Naval Group.

The Council of Ministers today discusses the proposal of candidates for European Commissioner. Two candidacies were presented, an opportunity provided in Ursula von der Leyen's letter.
