GERB, "Vazrazhdane" and BSP demanded that the Bulgarian state intervenes in the case with the inclusion of names of Bulgarian citizens in a list of enemies of Ukraine, published on the Ukrainian site "Myrotvorets" (Peacemaker).

"The Bulgarian national interest was sold three times in one day". This was stated by BSP leader Kornelia Ninova regarding Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to Bulgaria, today's approved declaration of Ukraine's accession to NATO and the decision to sell equipment from the "Belene" NPP to Ukraine.

With 163 votes "in favor", the National Assembly decided to instruct the government to speed up the process of renewing the Ministry of Defence's wartime stocks of weapons, ammunition, explosives and pyrotechnics by replacing them with newly manufactured ones.

The chairman of Bulgarian Socialist Party Kornelia Ninova announced on the sidelines of parliament that the parliamentary group will submit a draft decision on removing the immunity of GERB leader Boyko Borissov.

"Such acts [are] … an incompatible counterweight to present-day Bulgaria, as well as to the democratic values that our country epitomises," the ministry stated. 

The BSP plenum confirmed the decision of the Executive Bureau and the parliamentary group of the BSP coalition for Bulgaria to end the negotiations with GERB-SDS to form a government with the first mandate. BSP leader Kornelia Ninova summarized the decisions:

BSP leader Kornelia Ninova asked GERB how they would agree on two topics - the rapid entry into the Eurozone and the provision of arms to Ukraine. She stated this at the meeting between the leaders of the two parties.

"There must be a working government and parliament. For us, the budget comes first.

"The next talks about a government exclude a coalition, it can only be expert", stated the candidate for prime minister of GERB-SDS Mariya Gabriel. "Tomorrow morning I plan to propose that the talks continue for the formation of an expert government, with a term of one year, based on priorities", she said at a briefing at the GERB headquarters.

GERB expects to receive a mandate from President Rumen Radev to form a government. The party is yet to announce other offerings for ministerial positions.
