Reynders urges Slovenia to fulfil its obligations regarding delegated prosecutors
Luxembourg – The European Commission is in contact with the Slovenian authorities for Slovenia to fulfil its obligations regarding the appointment of its European delegated prosecutors as soon as possible, European Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders said on Tuesday.

USA. EU Data Transfer Agreement Faces Second Law Suit
A second law suit has been filed with the Court of Justice in Luxembourg against the transfer of personal data between the EU and the USA, reported Reuters.
It was filed by three French privacy organisations about a month after Irish Digital Rights Ireland requested that the Privacy Shield agreement be annulled.
