Belgrade Higher Court on Monday evening ordered a 30-day custody remand for well-known acting teacher Miroslav 'Mika' Aleksic, who is accused of raping several female pupils, at least one of whom was a minor at the time.

Vuk Rsumovic's 'No One's Child' in Venice film festival
BELGRADE - 'No One's Child' ('Nicije dete'), the debut film by Serbian screenwriter and director Vuk Rsumovic, will be screened at the film festival in Venice, taking place from August 27 to September 6, the producers announced.
Serbia at Cannes Film Festival
BELGRADE - Serbia will be presented by the movie entitled Leto bez meseca (Moonless Summer) directed by Stefan Ivancic in the official selections of this year's Cannes Festival.
The movie was produced by the Faculty of Dramatic Arts and the Belgrade-based Non-Aligned Films and it will be displayed as part of Cinefondation program on May 21.
