Turkey has sent files of sent extradition requests 83 countries for 452 people on accusation of being affiliated to the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on Nov. 14.

A leading Turkish-American non-governmental organization has run an advertisement in the U.S. daily Washington Post warning Americans about the Gülen network, which Turkish authorities refer to as the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ).

Two suspected members of the network of U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen, referred to by the authorities as the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), were brought to Istanbul by the National Intelligence Organization (MİT) on July 12.

Zeki Güven, the former intelligence chief of the Ankara Police Department who was arrested for his alleged links to the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), died in prison on July 1.

At least 111 people were detained on May 3 across Turkey over their suspected links to the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), the group believed to have been behind the July 2016 defeated coup, according to security sources.

At least 63 suspects were detained across Turkey for their suspected links to the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), according to security sources on April 28. 

A total of 4,167 people accused of having links to the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ) in 110 countries are being investigated by the Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MİT), a public prosecutor's office said on April 19.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on April 9 said Turkey would "help Kyrgyzstan in the fight against FETÖ," referring to what the authorities call the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ), widely believed to be behind the July 2016 coup attempt.
