Bulgaria: There are 34 Active Fires in the Country, the Situation in Most Places is Under Control
47 reports of fires were received at the National Operations Center. 34 are currently active fires. The situation is under control in most of the places, there are no critical points. Commissioner Nikolay Nikolov, director of the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population", stated this to journalists.

Passenger traffic at airports up 87 percent in six months
Türkiye's airports served more than 75 million passengers in the first six months of 2022, marking an 87.1 percent increase from a year ago.
Istanbul Airport listed busiest in Europe
Istanbul Airport was the busiest airport in Europe in May by traffic volume as it served a total of 5.7 million passengers, according to data from the Airports Council International (ACI).
London Heathrow, which welcomed 5.34 million travelers, ranked second, followed by Paris's Charles de Gaulle at 5.22 million passengers.

Passenger traffic at airports rises 94 pct in five months
Turkey's airports served 57 million passengers in January-May, a strong 94.2 percent increase from a year ago.
The international passenger tally rose by 161 percent on an annual basis in the first five months of the year to 28.4 million people, data from the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ) showed on June 6.
Dust cloud expected to hit several provinces
A dust cloud approaching from Africa is expected to hit several provinces in Turkey, authorities have warned.
The dust cloud descended on the provinces of Eskişehir, Bursa, Kütahya, and Bilecik on April 17.
