Golden Globes journalist group to be dissolved
The scandal-hit association of foreign journalists that created the Golden Globes will be wound down as the Hollywood award show is formally purchased by private investors including US billionaire Todd Boehly, it was announced on June 11.

Golden Globe organizers ban members to receive gifts, trips
The organizers of the Golden Globes on July 16 banned its members from receiving gifts and free trips from movie studios and TV networks seeking to clinch awards for their shows and stars.
Golden Globes 2022 Canceled
The 2022 Golden Globe Awards have been canceled by NBC as the Hollywood Foreign Press Association tries to reform amid mounting controversy.
"We continue to believe that the HFPA is committed to meaningful reform," said the Comcast-owned network this morning in a statement.

'Nomadland,' 'Borat' win at a socially distant Golden Globes

Maria Bakalova was nominated alongside Ellen Burstyn (Pieces of a Woman) and Amanda Seyfried (Mank).
'Ma Rainey,' 'Minari' and Boseman lead SAG nominations
Chadwick Boseman received two posthumous nominations from the 27th Screen Actors Guild Awards on Feb. 4, while the Korean American family drama "Minari" and Spike Lee's Vietnam veteran drama "Da 5 Bloods" were among the nominees for best ensemble.
